SPECIALISED PHOTOGRAPHY Services
Aerial photography done

several advantages to the client over conventional methods using
full-scale aircraft. We are not limited by factors
such as minimum flying altitude over residential areas, or the cost factor of keeping full-scale aircraft in the
air combined with the cost of a knowledgeable aerial photographer.

Property - Commercial & Private Real
Estate
Estate agents know
very well that a good photograph of the property can catch the
attention of prospective buyers over
other listed properties. An elevated view of the property will get more
attention than a ground-based photograph in almost every instance.
Insurance - Damage Assessment
Assessors have the difficult task of calculating the
damage
to property for insurance claim purposes. This damage can be caused by
natural disasters such as floods, fires, landslides or strong wind.
Especially when the damage is widespread, an aerial view of the damage
will greatly assist in the process of insurance claims.
Construction Projects
Construction projects, especially on a larger scale, need
to be monitored to ensure that work is on schedule, and investors need
to be kept up to date on the progress of the project. An aerial view
provides an excellent perspective on the overall progress of
construction work and also point out details which could otherwise not
be observed from ground level.
Event Coverage
Outdoor events often take place over a large area and is
difficult
to cover effectively from the ground. Think of events such as live
bands, agricultural exhibitions, downhill mountainbiking, surfing
contests, 4X4 trails, canoe marathons, rockclimbing, sailing, outdoor
car shows and any other outdoor event. Aerial photographs of the event
will have a lot more impact than ground photos!

Crop inspections, damage asessment, invasive plant species
control
- these are just some of the aspects of agriculture that benefits from
aerial photography.

surrounding vineyards, aerial photography is the best option

room.

information and assistance in containing and fighting large scale
fires. Aerial photographs are also useful in fire damage assesment and
analysing the area for future reference and training.

the materials and minerals in the surrounding area.

minimal
congestion requires careful planning. Aerial photographs assist with
the analysis and planning process.
Civil Engineering
Buildings, bridges and other large constructions are

building and routine inspections of these constructions are made easier
with the use of aerial photography, especially when close-up photos of

notes on the photograph itself.

in its
surrounding area, an aerial photograph captures the whole garden and
pool in the best possible way.

stadium is from above, providing an overall perspective of all the
facilities and buildings. For large events and big crowds, what better
way to capture and save the moment than an aerial perspective?
